Are your plastic posts safe?
Yes, our plastic posts have undergone independent laboratory testing for safety and biocompatibility, ensuring they meet the highest standards for health and comfort. Our plastic posts are 20 gauge (.8mm) in thickness.
Can you describe your plastic posts?
Our plastic posts are made from clear plastic with slight flexibility. They’re not as rigid as metal posts, so it may take a little practice to get used to putting them on. My best advice is to make sure the earring back is properly aligned with the post and push it on straight to avoid bending the post.
Having worked with many different plastic post styles over the years, I’ve found these to be the most comfortable and durable. In my experience, overly bendy posts tend to be rough and very difficult to put on, while very rigid posts are quite thick and were more likely to snap, much like a plastic toothpick.
