Pretty Smart® is committed to processing and shipping your order as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Order Processing
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days following payment confirmation.
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding Canadian statutory holidays.
In the event of an inventory discrepancy or temporary stock shortage, we will contact you promptly to discuss available options, including backorder fulfillment, item substitution, or refund.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination and selected shipping method.
All applicable shipping fees are displayed prior to payment.
Orders shipped to the United States are sent under CUSMA/USMCA-compliant duty-free entry, and Pretty Smart® ships Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) whenever applicable, meaning no surprise import fees or customs charges upon delivery.
Estimated Delivery Times
Canada
Estimated transit time for Canadian orders is 2–10 business days, depending on destination.
United States
Estimated transit time for U.S. orders is 4–10 business days.
International
Estimated transit time for overseas orders is generally 6–22 business days.
Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to customs processing, weather events, courier delays, or peak shopping periods.
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, tracking details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Customers may monitor shipment progress directly through the carrier’s tracking portal.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels
All parcels are insured for loss or damage while in transit.
If your shipment is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, arrives damaged, or appears to be lost, please contact our customer care team so that we may initiate a courier investigation.
Once a parcel has been officially deemed lost or damaged by the shipping provider, Pretty Smart® will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Canadian orders are subject only to applicable provincial and federal sales tax collected at checkout.
U.S. orders qualifying under CUSMA/USMCA are shipped duty-free.
For international destinations outside Canada and the United States, Pretty Smart® ships Delivered Duty Paid whenever possible to minimize customs complications and additional charges.
