RETURNS & WARRANTY POLICY - Pretty Smart

We want you to feel confident shopping with Pretty Smart®.

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, eligible returns and warranty claims are accepted under the following terms.


Change of Mind Returns

Return requests must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.

Returned items must be:

  • unused
  • unworn
  • in original packaging

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return instructions and the appropriate return mailing address will be provided by our customer care team upon request.

 


Warranty Claims

Pretty Smart® proudly stands behind the quality of our earrings.

Valid warranty claims may be submitted within 365 days of delivery.

To begin a warranty claim, please email:

along with a description of the issue and clear photo documentation.

Once reviewed and approved, customers will be offered one of the following resolutions:

  • replacement item (subject to availability)
  • refund to original payment method
  • store credit

 


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us promptly so we can make it right.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled at any time prior to shipment.

Once an order has been dispatched, it will fall under our standard return policy.
